Senior Manager, Engineering

Overview This role leads Prosci's IT engineering team and owns engineering delivery and production operations across our Azure environments, Microsoft 365 tenant, information security controls, open enrollment platform, and enterprise AI tooling. The role acts as the technical counterpart to our engineering partners and builds a team that can take on work Prosci has historically outsourced. The role works in the IT Center of Acceleration (CoA) and report to the VP, IT. The IT CoA provides the people, processes, and tools that keep Prosci running. In 2026, IT supports three company initiatives: Everyday Excellence (unifying our ERP, CRM, and data infrastructure), the modernization of our open enrolment training platform, and Elevate, our AI capability program.…
