Your role in our mission
We are hiring a Senior Content Designer to lead UX writing and content design for critical user flows on our Personal Loan and Core experiences. You will play a pivotal role in defining and optimizing the customer journey, especially across the first touchpoints a customer has with Prosper. This hybrid role requires deep expertise in design thinking, strategic planning, and UX writing. You will function as a design thinking practitioner and customer champion who thrives on solving problems, exploring growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and translating business-centric language into user-centric content.
