About this role

Ihre Aufgaben Sie arbeiten innerhalb von Drug-Discovery-Projekten an der Charakterisierung von Wirkstoff-Zielprotein-Interaktionen mit Medikamentenkandidaten unserer Kunden und aus Proteros-eigenen Entwicklungsprojekten. In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Laborleiter:innen entwickeln Sie biochemische, zelluläre und biophysikalische Assays zur Charakterisierung von Wirkstoff-Zielprotein-Interaktionen. Sie verwenden biophysikalische Technologien wie z.B. SPR, nanoDSF, MST, ITC und enzymatische Assays. Sie führen roboterunterstützte Wirkstoffscreens durch. Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeitsschritte und analysieren die Daten nach unseren internen Vorschriften sowie den Vorgaben unserer Kund:innen.
