Szukamy lidera, który będzie odpowiadać za rozwój i rentowność portfolio produktów pożyczkowych i ubezpieczeniowych. To strategiczna rola łącząca zarządzanie produktem, doświadczeniem klienta, marketingiem oraz rozwojem biznesu. Będziesz mieć realny wpływ na kierunek rozwoju oferty, wyniki Spółki oraz realizację jej celów strategicznych. Będziesz odpowiedzialny/-a za: Zarządzanie, rozwój i budowanie zaangażowania zespołu oraz realizację celów biznesowych. Tworzenie i realizację strategii produktowej oraz rozwój oferty zgodnie z celami biznesowymi Spółki i Grupy.
