About this role
Our client a national law firm, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Corporate practice group in Charlotte. This group represents both public and privately owned companies in a variety of business matters, including commercial contract issues, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance counsel. The ideal candidate will have over three years of corporate in-house experience. While M&A experience is welcome, it is not required. A strong business background and the ability to quickly grasp business concepts are highly valued.
