Job Description: Key Responsibilities Process and post daily customer payments, ensuring accurate and timely application to customer accounts. Process credit card transactions through CenPOS , including payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation. Post credit card payments and related transactions through CSD . Process and post daily ACH and wire transfer payments , ensuring payments are accurately matched to customer accounts and invoices. Record and reconcile bank deposits , investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed. Reconcile customer accounts, cash receipts, and related accounts receivable subledgers to the general ledger. Research unapplied cash, unidentified payments, short pays, overpayments, and other payment discrepancies.…
