Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare accurate, competitive quotes for bills of material and customer requests within established response timelines. Convert approved quotes into sales orders in the ERP system and monitor each order through shipment and delivery. Source products and materials from approved vendors to meet customer specifications, pricing expectations, and required delivery dates. Communicate proactively and consistently with customers, vendors, outside sales representatives, peers, and operational teams. Partner with outside sales to develop new customer relationships, expand product offerings, and strengthen existing accounts. Maintain accurate pricing, quote, order, customer, and vendor records in the ERP system and Microsoft Excel.…
