About this role
Job Description: Generates customer quotes and proposals based on customer’s requests via phone or email or in person. • Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services as needed. Follows up on quotes and proposals, negotiates as needed and closes transactions. • Coordinates shipping, material information requirements for products and any other incidental involved in getting the right product to the customer at the right time. • Enters orders in company’s ERP system based on established rules and practices. • Maintains working business relationships with established and new customers. • Works with Outside Sales Team and provides feedback and communication regarding accounts.…
