Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct training needs assessments and identify performance or knowledge gaps. Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended training programs. Create course outlines, lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, presentations, job aids, assessments, and other learning resources. Partner with subject-matter experts to gather, organize, and validate course content. Apply adult-learning principles and instructional design models, such as ADDIE, throughout the development process. Develop storyboards, scripts, simulations, exercises, and interactive learning activities. Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure knowledge retention, learner engagement, and training effectiveness.…
