Manage and organize schedules for routine maintenance and after-sales services. Prepare daily reports and provide real-time updates regarding ongoing maintenance activities. Generate Work Orders (WO) and input technician completion data into the company’s internal system. Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Support, and Sales teams to follow up on scheduling needs.
