This role involves working within an acute inpatient setting , supporting patients through their recovery and ensuring safe, timely discharges. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions within an acute inpatient environment. Support discharge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care. Promote independence and functional recovery for patients.
