This role involves providing specialist occupational therapy interventions for patients with acute stroke, supporting recovery and facilitating safe, timely discharges. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for patients on a hyper acute stroke unit. Complete functional assessments and rehabilitation plans tailored to stroke recovery. Support discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
