About the Role The Yacht Underwriter is a key member of the underwriting team. The Yacht Underwriter reports directly to the Yacht Underwriting Practice Leader with accountability to all regions. The primary goal of this position is to profitably grow a yacht book of business by actively partnering with brokers, assisting the underwriting team, working effectively with colleagues throughout the organization and be accountable for the quality of underwriting decisions and execution.
