About this role

Deine Mission Als Teamlead Product & Category Planning (m/w/d) übernimmst du im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung (18 Monate) die Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios und stellst sicher, dass es kontinuierlich relevant, attraktiv und wachstumsstark bleibt. Mit datengetriebenen Entscheidungen optimierst du Sortiment, Verfügbarkeit und Performance entlang zentraler KPIs. In enger Abstimmung mit Brand und relevanten Stakeholdern entwickelst du auf Basis von Daten, Customer Insights und Performanceanalysen erfolgreiche Produktinitiativen und verantwortest eine datengetriebene Sortimentssteuerung.
