About the Role The Manager, Catholic Sales is responsible for leading Pushpay’s Catholic sales team and driving consistent new-logo revenue growth, with a primary focus on parish-level sales and supporting diocesan sales efforts alongside the Senior Manager, Business Development. This hands-on leader directly manages and develops a team of four Account Executives, with dotted-line leadership of 5–6 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), establishing a high-performance culture built on accountability, coaching, and disciplined sales execution.
