About this role

Job Description & Summary The Chief of Staff to the Chief Risk Officer is a senior enabling role that helps the CRO translate risk strategy and priorities into coordinated execution across the Risk function and the wider firm. The role serves as a trusted support to the CRO, strengthens governance and leadership effectiveness, and ensures that priorities, decisions, actions and communications are progressed with pace and discipline. The Chief of Staff does not assume the CRO’s formal accountabilities, risk ownership or decision rights. The role facilitates, coordinates, challenges and drives execution on behalf of the CRO, while decisions and formal accountability remain with the CRO and the relevant governance or business owners.…
