About this role
Key Activities: To tackle all electrical breakdowns on his shift. To liaise with outgoing/incoming shift technicians the state of plants. To ensure maximum utilization of electricians. Ensure cleanliness and safety at work. Liaise with day shift electrical technicians and electrical engineer. Carry out other assignments that may arise from time to time. The provision of on the job training for all subordinate staff. The control and discipline of subordinate staff. To inform the subordinates of their job responsibilities and systematically appraise the levels of their performance on their jobs. To communicate effectively with other supervisors on matters of organisational interest. Advising immediate boss on up-to-date developments in one’s areas of responsibilities.…
