Estamos colaborando con una compañía tecnológica en plena evolución, especializada en el desarrollo de plataformas digitales para la gestión administrativa, fiscal y laboral, utilizadas por gestorías, empresas y administraciones públicas. Tras la integración de nuevas soluciones en su ecosistema de producto, buscan incorporar un/a Customer Support Specialist que se una al Centro de Atención al Usuario (CAU) para dar soporte a clientes y usuarios finales. Misión del rol Tu principal objetivo será ofrecer soporte funcional a los usuarios de la plataforma, asegurando una experiencia fluida tanto para clientes existentes como para nuevos usuarios que se incorporan a las nuevas soluciones.…
