About this role

Ihre Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für sämtliche Produktionsabläufe im Bereich Automotive Manufacturing. Verantwortung für Produktionsleistung, Qualität, Kosten, Liefertreue, Sicherheit und das übergeordnete Teammanagement der Abteilung. Erarbeitung umfassender täglicher, wöchentlicher und monatlicher Produktionspläne. Effiziente Verteilung der Produktionsressourcen zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung und einer stabilen Produktionskapazität. Etablierung und Optimierung standardisierter Produktionsabläufe im Produktionsbereich. Implementierung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems IATF 16949, der geltenden ESD-Schutzvorgaben und der relevanten Standards der Automobilindustrie.
