About this role

Ihre Aufgaben Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts an den Produktionslinien für Automobilprodukte und Koordinierung der Produktionsmitarbeiter vor Ort. Erstellung der Schichtpläne, Verteilung der Aufgaben und fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeiter im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb. Umsetzung der Anforderungen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems IATF 16949 und der geltenden ESD-Schutzvorgaben. Überwachung der Produktionsqualität und Reduzierung von Fehlern, Nacharbeiten und Materialverschwendung. Überwachung der Produktionsleistung während der jeweiligen Schicht und Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Lieferziele. Unverzügliche Meldung von Produktionsabweichungen und Koordination einer schnellen Behebung. Konsequente Umsetzung der 5S-Standards an den Produktionslinien.…
