About this role

The Analyst - HR Analytics & Reporting is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions. The role develops dashboards, workforce reports, and HR metrics while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency across all Human Capital functions. Requirements HR Analytics & Insights Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, turnover, retention, performance, diversity, and employee engagement. Conduct statistical and trend analysis to support Human Capital strategies and initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
