About this role

Qiddiya has an opportunity for an Investment Management professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions. You will be expected to apply your expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the backbone of our investment framework and manage the financial performance of our real estate investments.
