Job Purpose The Manager – IT Strategy and Planning is responsible for developing, driving, and governing the Technology strategy, operating model, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities. The role leads strategic planning activities, portfolio governance, performance management, budgeting coordination, and transformation initiatives across the Technology function to support Qiddiya's long-term vision and operational excellence.
