Nach unserem Standort in Zürich steht als nächstes der Markteintritt in Großbritannien an. Für diese spannende Wachstumsphase suchen wir einen erfahrenen Legal Counsel, der unsere Rechtsfunktion aktiv mitgestaltet und als pragmatischer Business Partner agiert. Deine Aufgaben Du bist zentraler rechtlicher Ansprechpartner für unser Sales-Team und begleitest nationale sowie internationale Vertriebsprozesse vom ersten Angebot bis zum Vertragsabschluss. Du erstellst, prüfst und verhandelst insbesondere SaaS-, Software-, Kunden-, Partner- und Rahmenverträge sowie weitere vertriebsrelevante Vereinbarungen.…
