IN A NUTSHELL In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine Schlüsselposition beim Aufbau unseres Standorts in Zürich. Du gestaltest nicht nur ein neues Team von Software Consultants und Projektleitern, sondern entwickelst es aktiv weiter, förderst Talente und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit und Exzellenz Hand in Hand gehen. Gleichzeitig bist du nah am operativen Geschäft: Du leitest Kundenprojekte, steuerst Onboardings, behältst den Überblick über Projektstatus und Reporting und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie unserer Produktentwicklung zusammen. Mit deinem tiefen Verständnis der Schweizer Finanzbranche erkennst du die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen und übersetzt sie in passgenaue Lösungen auf unserer Plattform.…
