Company: Qualcomm China Job Area: Manufacturing Technicians Group, Manufacturing Technicians Group > Laboratory General Summary: 职位目标：对Module产品做失效分析，确保产品品质整理和收集各项失效分析记录指导和监督手动测试操作人员的工作。工作内容：利用相关设备与分析手段(x-ray, Etching, C-SAM, lapping, cross section)对Module产品做日常失效分析工作,分析并判定失效模式。根据失效分析结果，对产品批次作出处理意见。及时将发现的产品质量问题反馈至相应工程师, 跟踪并确认纠正措施是否有效。指导和监督手测操作人员的工作，确保其保质保量的完成工作任务。整理和收集各项失效分析记录，确保数据准确。维护失效分析实验室的5S。完成上级安排的其它事项。任职资格: 1.专业知识：熟悉失效分析方法和流程的优先。 2. 工作经验： 1年以上电子或相关领域的工作经验，对于大规模生产和产品质量的分析和控制有基本认识。 3.教育背景：电子类专业,中专及以上。 4. 个人技能及素质：良好的团队精神及交流、协调能力。会使用 office 办公软件 ,CET4 优先工作条件: 工作场所为FA实验室，环境状况良好；有职业病危害，工作中接触X-Ray与HNO3。 Applicants : Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.…
