About this role

Als Senior Tax Manager wirst du eine bedeutende Schlüsselfunktion unseres Finance-Teams sein und die steuerliche Funktion innerhalb einer schnell wachsenden, internationalen Unternehmensgruppe mit Multi-Entity-Struktur aufbauen und steuern. Dies ist die erste dedizierte Rolle im Bereich Steuern und bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, Strukturen, Prozesse und Systeme aufzubauen und nachhaltig zu prägen. Du bist verantwortlich für die operative Steuerung aller Steuerthemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern , sowie die aktive Begleitung von M&A-Transaktionen und Post-Merger-Integrationen (PMI) aus steuerlicher Perspektive.
