About this role

Quantum Systems has scaled rapidly from 300 to over 1,700 people, and our engineering practices need to evolve with us. As part of the Software Factory team within our Core Domain, your mission is to accelerate developer velocity, eliminate friction, and upgrade system quality across the entire organization. You won’t just maintain infrastructure; you will actively shape our engineering culture. You will design, build, and champion the state-of-the-art development tooling and CI infrastructure that powers our large, polyglot environment.
