About the role: As a Team Lead Verification & Validation, you will be responsible for building and leading the V&V function for our next-generation C-UAS interceptor systems. You will ensure that our products are thoroughly verified, validated, documented, and released according to the highest quality standards before entering operational service. Working closely with Systems Engineering, Hardware, Software, Flight Test, Production, and Certification teams, you will establish scalable processes that ensure reliability, traceability, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
