About this role

As a Working Student in Repair & Service Coordination, you will be a key part of our team to ensure smooth and efficient repair and service processes for our customers. Together with our world-class team, you will take an empowering role in supporting our operations and customer service. You will work closely with Customer Support, Repair, and Fulfillment to coordinate repairs, system returns, and customer requests. By ensuring reliable processes and continuously improving our service quality, your mission will have a powerful impact at Quantum Systems.
