To strengthen our support organization, we are seeking for a Returns Manager with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth repair process. What is your Day to Day Mission: Returns Management: Coordinate with the customers to return systems or subsystems for repair and maintenance. Documentation: Documentation and control of incoming and outgoing system configurations in existing configuration databases.
