Ihre Aufgaben Begleitung und Unterstützung spannender kaufmännischer Projekte Einholung von Angeboten, Einkauf und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen, Rechnungslegung und Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen und Unterstützung bei der Projektabrechnung Erstellung projektbezogener Kalkulationen Pflege und Auswertung von Projekt- und Abrechnungsdaten Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau) Erste Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise im Projektumfeld oder Bau-/Ingenieurwesen Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse, mind.…
