About this role

Summary QuEra Computing is seeking a Quantum Scientist to develop decoder algorithms and advance the theory of quantum error correction (QEC) for neutral atom quantum computers. You will design and analyze decoding methods for quantum memories and fault-tolerant logical circuits, studying how code structure and realistic noise affect logical performance, computational complexity, and scalability. Research will span algorithmic, machine learning, and hybrid approaches. Working with theory, software, and experimental teams, you will build reference implementations, perform numerical studies, and identify decoding strategies that improve fault-tolerant quantum computation and inform practical implementation.…
