About this role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Tech- Aircraft Production to be the Subject Matter Expert while supporting and strengthening the C-130 aircraft production operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on mentoring, training, and improving production performance across teams. You’ll work closely with mechanics, leads, supervisors, and management to share deep expertise, improve processes, and help teams build and deliver aircraft efficiently and correctly. If you have extensive C-130 production experience and enjoy teaching, coaching, and leading from the floor, this is a high-impact opportunity. Work Location: Clarksburg, WV (Onsite) Preferred.
