About this role

Job Description: • Provide Level 1 (L1) operational support for DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment environments. • Monitor build pipelines, deployment jobs, and automation workflows to ensure successful execution. • Perform initial troubleshooting of build failures, deployment issues, and pipeline alerts, escalating unresolved issues to L2/L3 DevOps engineers. • Monitor application and infrastructure logs to detect errors and performance issues. • Support CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Assist with code repository management, including access requests, branch monitoring, and repository maintenance. • Monitor containerized applications and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and report abnormalities.…
