About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant / Bookkeeper with proven experience in the real estate or property management industry to support day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of approximately 100 units. Important: Real estate or property management accounting experience is a firm requirement for this role. Applications without this background will not be considered. The successful candidate will play a key part in keeping the books clean, accurate, and ready for review across multiple properties — with a particular focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and making sure invoices are correctly coded and allocated to the right properties.…
