About this role
What will you do? As a Jira Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Quion's Atlassian environment, primarily focusing on Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM). You will ensure that Jira supports ITIL-based processes, improves collaboration, enables transparent reporting, and meets the evolving needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Administering, securing, maintaining, and improving Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
