Essential duties and Responsibilities: Inspect incoming purchase orders of all proteins for wholesomeness, quality and specification compliance. Inspect incoming food products as to correct size, packaging, dating and specs per our purchase order and verify the information in the inventory computer system. Correct and/or add missing information with buyer’s or QA manager’s approval. Complete a seafood quality control report on all incoming direct shipment seafood and maintain a file for review.…
