About this role
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. * Minimum2- 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operation & Maintenance, or Building Projects. * Proven experience in the handover of facilities/buildings from contractors and consultants. * Hands-on experience in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and witnessing commissioning activities. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and BMS). * Experience in reviewing As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Warranties, Asset Registers, and Handover Documentation. * Familiarity with international standards and best practices related to building commissioning and facilities management. * Good communication skills .…
