Key Responsibilities 1. Hard Services Operations (Core Execution) · Operate and maintain all building engineering systems, including: o HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV units) o Electrical systems (LT panels, UPS, DG sets) o Plumbing systems and water supply o Fire & life safety systems · Ensure continuous operation and zero disruption of critical systems. · Perform routine checks, readings, and log sheet updates. · Identify early signs of equipment failure and take corrective action. 2.
