Senior Training & Communications Specialist Location: Remote Clearance: Active Secret required Help Shape How a Federal Workforce Adopts Data and AI Rackner is seeking a Senior Training & Communications Specialist to help build and scale workforce learning, communications, and adoption programs supporting a federal data and AI modernization effort. In this role, you will work with Government stakeholders to develop data and AI literacy frameworks, competency-based learning pathways, and longer-term workforce development roadmaps. You will help employees build practical confidence with data governance, analytics, data quality, responsible data use, and emerging AI capabilities while creating the communications and engagement strategies that help those changes take hold.…
