Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Project Analyst to join our team in support of the Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group. The Project Analyst will work with the program manager, technical teams, government customers, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet performance objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work collaboratively with both technical and business teams, build strong working relationships, and confidently communicate project status, benefits, and risks to government stakeholders.
