Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, integration, and qualification of missile electronics, power architectures, and electrical interconnect systems. In this position, you will be responsible for the hands-on engineering of onboard avionics, power distribution, sensor/seeker interfaces, Control Actuation System (CAS) drive electronics, flight telemetry systems, and inertial sensor integration. You will own hardware across the full lifecycle—from concept design and schematic capture through circuit simulation, physical PCB layout, prototype bringing-up, environmental testing, and flight test support.
