About this role
Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is looking for a Test Director to support our customers and their testing programs. In this role, the focus is to provide test preparation, instrumentation, and analysis support to the test team. This team provides test and evaluation (T&E) planning, logistics, organization, execution, data collection, instrumentation development and deployment support, upgrades and maintenance of existing instrumentation suite, and development of new tools/processes to improve the capabilities of our team in support of the T&E and Deployment missions.
