Job Description JOB PURPOSE: The Director of Racquets is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the racquet sports programs within Kalamazoo Country Club, including tennis & pickleball. This role involves developing and implementing youth & adult programs, managing staff, fostering a positive member experience, and ensuring the overall success of racquets programs. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: May include, but not limited to: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive racquets programs, including leagues, tournaments, clinics, lessons and social events. Create a diverse and engaging schedule of events to accommodate players of various skill levels and interests. Recruit, train, and manage a team of tennis professionals and support staff.…
