About this role

Job Description: The Program Manager, HRIS, serves as the primary liaison among HR, HRIS, COEs, and IT, supporting the Global Human Resources Organization in developing and deploying world-class HRIS tools and solutions. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing system solutions that align with global HR strategies and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage HRIS projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. Gather and translate functional requirements into detailed specifications and project plans.
