We provide over 70 various services such as online shopping mall “Rakuten Ichiba”, online travel service “Rakuten Travel”, online banking service “Rakuten Bank” and others including pro-sports businesses and telecommunication businesses. Department Overview Corporate Development Supervisory Department is responsible for strategic planning and execution of M&As, capital alliances, joint ventures, and business sales (including listing) for the entire group. These include domestic projects as well as global projects. Corporate Development Supervisory Department consists of the Deal Management Section and Growth Strategy Section.…
