Job Description: Business Overview We are launching a new organization with enhanced planning capabilities to maximize the marketing results of the Rakuten Insurance Group (Rakuten Life Insurance, Rakuten Non-Life Insurance, and Rakuten Pet Insurance). We are seeking a leader to serve as the head of this department, responsible for everything from establishing the organizational framework to strategic operations. Our group leverages the vast big data and technology of the Rakuten ecosystem to provide insurance solutions optimized for each individual customer. In this role, your primary mission will be to design a new standard for the planning organization while maximizing the use of these robust assets, evolving it into a “proactive and strategic organization” that drives business growth.…
