About this role

Job Description: Draft, review and scrutinize contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, service and license agreements, and other legal documents. Provide legal support on labour law matters, including employee-related issues, disciplinary proceedings, and statutory compliance. Provide legal advisory and strategic guidance to cross-functional teams on business, commercial, contractual, regulatory, and compliance matters, enabling informed decision-making while effectively managing legal risks. Coordinate and liaise with external counsels, police authorities, labour forums, courts, and other government agencies as required. Monitor and manage ongoing legal cases, maintain case records, and coordinate documentation with external advocates.…
