About this role

Job Description and Requirements The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for the development and oversight of the branches in the region to ensure the highest level of quality member service is provided in accordance with the overall Credit Union strategic plan while remaining compliant with applicable laws/regulations and internal policies/procedures. The RVP will motivate, coach and grow branch leadership through developed productivity enhancement initiatives while managing project collaboration and implementation for the benefit and efficiencies of branch staff, processes as well as positive impact to the member interaction.…
